British Flake Sea Salt
British Flake salt is a gourmet sea salt that has been harvested from the Blackwater estuary in England since 600 BCE! Normally used as a finishing salt, it is prized for its clean, fresh flavor and large crunchy flakes! Generally noted to be slightly less salty than other salts, and less bitter due to it’s lack of magnesium.
